Today at CALM we launched our Missed Birthdays installation. In the last decade, 6,929 young people in the UK have died by suicide. Each balloon represents a young person who took their own life, & a birthday they didn’t get to celebrate. But together we can end youth suicide

I’m really excited to be launching a new phase of my career where I'll be taking on shorter-term contract work in the charity sector. I’ll post more about this later, but in the meantime I’m going to be available from mid-November so do get in touch if you want to talk!

Also @ThangamDebb - another committed and passionate advocate for autistic people among many others and can be proud of the campaigner she did on behalf of charities like the NAS.

Farewell also to the mighty @RobertBuckland who is one of the loveliest people I've worked with - intelligent, brave and consensual, he was such a committed champion for autistic people and deserves a lot of credit for the tireless work he did from the back benches.

As the dust settles on all of this, I wanted to shout out a few great MPs who I was lucky enough to work with but lost their seats yesterday. Firstly Mark Fletcher, who isn't on Twitter so won't see this, but was an unreal youth mental health campaigner. We'll miss him loads.
