Paid for “ @RoyalMail Tracked48” on an order (at an extortionate cost). Dispatched Wednesday, should have arrived today. Royal Mail say that with “Tracked 48” they “aim to deliver within 2-3 days”. Why not call it ”Royal Mail 72-ish, and only if you’re lucky”…
