Last Sunday, @TjommeM @Morrison_Pot @JurrianvanIrsel woke up very early to catch birds in Wageningen. This fledged Common blackbird was one of them, which was colour-ringed, sampled for USUV and WNV and released. Hopefully we can find the bird breeding in 2022!

This morning we equipped the first Common blackbird with colour-rings for our project. We study their breeding success, survival and dispersal. Please keep an eye out for blackbirds (with colour-rings) in Wageningen and Nijmegen (NL)!
