VT storm in NICM with prior failed endocardial ablations. Only early and late activation sites were mapped during VT, with the majority of the circuit traversing the mid-septum (IVD 1.6 cm). Note, a re-entrant PVC initiated the circuit, with earliest activation slightly more

Does the modern EP lab need a boom with physical screens? How about we customize what we see where we want to see it instead!

When used deliberately, same day discharge after outpatient scar-related VT ablation is feasible. With our pilot analysis here we suggest a framework. Led by Ben Freedman. #ablateVT @Davilandre @DrGregMichaud @BIDMC_VT

In VT substrate mapping, wavefront direction is critical! Here is sinus, RV pacing, and LV pacing all at the same location on the inferior scar. The interaction of the wavefront direction with fixed lines of block create the split and late potentials. #ablateVT @BIDMC_VT

Congratulations @julianaperezp25 on this important work highlighting the incidence of pericarditis following PFA PVI. Predictors of post-ablation pericarditis were the same for RFA and PFA. Incidence was higher than in MANIFEST-PF and EU-PORIA but similar to real world cohorts.
