Who’s that young guy in the picture?. 18 years ago today, I took a leap of faith and opened my own clinical cardiac electrophysiology practice. At that time, it was just me, a receptionist, and a medical assistant—starting from scratch with no patients on my roster.

After isolating 4 PVs w/#Farapulse, mapping w/ @AbbottCardio #HDGrid resulted in same conclusion as the Cortex @AblaconInc map: the atypical #AFL was LA roof dependent. #RFA around trigger terminated tachycardia / rendered it noninducible. #thingsthatmakeyougohmm🤔.#epeeps
