I always remember Courtenay as highly supportive and easy to chat to whenever he saw me in my early years of practice. He will be greatly missed by all, and my condolences go out to his family. A great loss of a true groundbreaking titan of the law. RIP Courtenay.
In Memorium . I am saddened to learn of the passing of Dr Courtenay Griffiths KC, today, aged 69. There are a few people I owe my career in law to and Courtenay was very much near the top of the list, such was his grace with time, advice and even some chiding. I last saw him
