$FFH.TO selling its 80% stake in Eurolife back to $EUROB for 1.45x BV. Given where it was marked, this should result in a decent gain when closed. FFH will likely continue buybacks and buy in minority interests in Allied World and Odyssey Re over time with the proceed.
