We want these large scale events to come to London. Yet TfL decend into chaos at the hint of a crowd.

To avoid overcrowding at White Hart lots of people are heading northbound to Silver Street, only to find it closed. TfL always seem caught off guard by these large scale events. Absolute calamity.

Absolute chaos for people trying to get home from Kendrick Lamar this evening. TfL close Silver Street with no warning - tell people to get bus to Seven Sisters. where staff at White Hart Lane are telling people not to use.

If we're going to achieve the full potential of a DLR extension then we need to go all the way to Belvedere. This will boost the economy, create jobs and support new houses.

The way Labour politicians in London are trying to throw the Police under the bus is irresponsible, shameless and quite frankly cowardly. Sadiq Khan promised Londoners that he would protect one 24 hour front counter in each borough. He is choosing to break that promise!.

🚨 I’ve written to Sir Mark Rowley to urgently raise my concerns over the proposed closure of the public counter at Harrow Police Station. At a time when trust in policing matters more than ever, we must protect face-to-face services in South Harrow.

The pandemic reminded us just how important parks and green spaces are to physical and mental well-being. In Bexley and Bromley we not only have such beautiful parks, but incredible volunteers who help look after them. Fantastic to see them recognised.

Sadiq Khan is running out of other people to blame for his failings. We cannot restore faith in the police by making them feel more distant or shut off. The Mayor must abandon these plans.

Car theft is being committed by organised criminals. These gangs are stealing to order to pay for other crimes. Tackling car theft will make London safer and lower insurance costs. Which is why I challenged Sadiq Khan to do more to tackle this at Mayors Question Time last week.

Car theft is a major issue on the doorstep across Bromley Common & Holwood 🚗. Ian F Payne has already begun working with the police - and if elected, will work with local Conservatives like @ThomasFTurrell to make sure Sadiq Khan gives us the funding to tackle the problem.

Fantastic to see the beautiful Lesnes Abbey Woods recognised an "an invaluable green lung in a very urban area" with "excellent management and fantastic community involvement" as part of its well deserved Green Flag Award. @BexleyheathTory @bexleynews.

Keeping William Barefoot Drive open was just the beginning. Now we need to open this base up to Bromley Police so we can have a stronger Police presence across Mottingham and Chislehurst. This week I raised the issue with the Mayor of London.

Cllr Alexa Michael and I nominated Dennis Moor and Alison Regester. Dennis served as Chair of the Coney Hall Village Residents Assn for many years. Alison is Chair of the Friends of Coney Hall Rec Ground: raising tens of thousands of pounds for the transformation of the park.

Bromley is blessed with so many incredible volunteers, who do amazing work from looking after parks to caring for the vulnerable. We celebrated our volunteers early this week at the @MayorofBromley0's reception, which was a fantastic event.

Very moving service at St Pauls Cathedral to mark 20 years since the London Bombings; remembering those who lost their lives, and thinking of those whose lives have been permanently changed. The service included the release of 52,000 petals in memory of those who were killed.
