Peptides are basically legal cheat codes. They improve recovery, skin quality, and can accelerate fat loss. (Calorie deficit is king still) And they work by signalling for the body to do what it does anyway. Not by shutting down natural hormones.

Counting calories is a fool's busy-work if you're trying to lose weight (lose fat). You are just eating too many atoms (molecules). Your bathroom scale doesn't weigh heat energy (calories), it weighs atoms! The research is clear, people in wealthier countries actually burn more
