In less than 24 hours we play WBG, and once again we are underdogs. From day 1 we were doubted. “Why did NRG make those roster swaps?”.“They are not going to make playoffs.”.“C9 is going to destroy them in finals.”.“They stand no chance against G2.”. Yet here we are, NAs #1.

Sad few weeks, so many people I care about suffering from the downward trend of the NA league ecosystem. Its hard to not look at the stability of other major regions and envy them. I’m still hopeful that the long term plan for the LCS will work, and 2024 seems like it’s going to.

Everybody is going to remember this split as the split most up for grabs. C9 and FLY both choked in Semis, and TL stepped up when it mattered most. They completely outprepped 100t in finals, somehow playing APAs ziggs neeko and asol all in situations that counter the enemy comps,.

Idk why some people are so upset by this, it’s beyond easy to be honor 3-5. Just don’t insult people, don’t be annoyingly negative, and don’t start running it when you are upset. Legit even doing it once in a while is fine as long as you don’t cross a line and say something.

Week 1 thoughts:. Only 3-4 LCS teams displayed a decent understanding of the game on stage. Its only week 1 so there is not a large sample size, but hopefully as the year progresses more teams show that they have the ability to compete for a top spot.

Honestly I can’t get over how insane the ending to these LCS finals were. No matter what happens, there will always be people who downplay achievements, and it’s so easy to say that FLY should’ve been pushed to g5. But that’s competition. FLY were just the champions this summer,.

I've talked to quite a few coaches about fearless draft, and it seems like the consensus is that it would be better if picking a champion disabled it for both teams instead of just your team. That being said I still find it interesting so either way I'd be down.
Would love to see this in the LCS @TheeMarkZ .✅ More exciting drafts in Bo3's.✅ Benefits players with deeper champ pools.✅ More complex for coaches in B/P drafting, means teams with coaches who think quick on their feet may have an advantage.✅ Results in more creative team.
