The #IsraelEd community lost a visionary leader yesterday. Cheryl Aronson helped lead the way in infusing Israel into Jewish ed settings. She was always a supportive mentor & friend. There are countless people who are in the field today bc of Cheryl. May her memory be a blessing.

Our thoughts and prayers are with our brothers and sisters at Congregation Beth Israel in #Colleyville, Texas. We pray for the safety of the hostages and law enforcement officials trying to secure their release.

We are immensely relieved and grateful that the hostage situation at Congregation Beth Israel has come to an end and that the hostages are safe. We thank @FBI, @TxDPS, @ColleyvillePD, and other law enforcement agencies for handling this terrifying situation so deftly.

I am closely monitoring the hostage situation taking place in Congregation Beth Israel in Colleyville, Texas. We pray for the safety of the hostages and rescuers.
