The thing with tapping people is not all disabilities are seen. The priority seats aren’t just for pregnant women.
Being pregnant in London was horrible, but I learnt to start tapping people and tell them to get up you in my priority seat. One time a construction worker literally shouted at the men in the train “I know you all see a pregnant woman with a baby, GET UP” so I could seat 😭😭
