Angelic doctor on St. Ambrose π All the scholastics and doctors on St. Ambrose π Pope Innocent II on Ambrose π One French priest on Ambrose π Sedevecantist logic.
It is admitted by the editors of Patrologia Latina, in a footnote, that St. Ambrose didn't believe in baptism of desire, and his speech on Valentinian was misinterpreted: Patrologia Latina, Vol 16, 330:

Before the pelagians come to defend this saint, try applying his logic to Christ who is crowned according to the flesh, more than any creature- yet had no sin nor impulses to sin.

Eastern Orthodox Pelagian saints learning for the first time about predestination (they hate that God would predestine Mary and preserve her from original sin) He even takes issue saying she is sinless "by grace" saying God would be unjust. St. Pelagius (for EOs) pray for us

St. Augustine teaches the Catholic understanding of "Extra Ecclesiam nulla salus" (no salvation outside the church) when he states that men who are unjustly excommunicated, and thus, de facto not visible members of the church- are crowned by the Father in secret (i.e., saved)

Me when the Angelic Doctor refutes my silly arguments
βWe are not, then, opposing the mere term merit, which was formerly in common use among the Fathers, in a harmless sense; but the proud and false opinion of a merit of condignity, introduced of late into the Church of God by the Romanists.β βJohn Davenant, A Treatise on

Fun fact: contrary to the false claims by protestants and 'orthodox' that papal infallibility and supremacy was made up at Vatican I or around that time; the Jansenists were condemned as proto-gallicans for denying papal supremacy over ecumenical councils and papal infallibility.

CleavetoAntiquity when he learns his church does NOT "cleave to antiquity" in its moral teachings on contraception, death penalty and abortion (expect orthobro cope in the comments)
Welp thatβs GAME OVER for Roman Catholics. Leo declares your churches morality and doctrine are all subject to change at any time. Thereβs NO coming back from this.

Eastern Orthodox in complete shock to learn that the "Patron of blasphemies" (to use the titles given to Palamas by his own Patriarchs), is wrong to deny the order between the Son and the Spirit.
You think for the St Basil & Nyssa and others that they literally ordered the Persons of the Trinity as 1 2 3 ....

Me when I contradict the Fathers without shame. There is an order in God, it is called the order of nature or the order origin, which is simply this: That one person is the cause, and the other is from that cause. The Spirit is 3rd, because he is from the Father & the Son.

Eastern Orthodox "invented" an Eighth Ecumenical Council, and the earliest witnesses to its status prove this. Not even Photius accepted 8 councils. In the future I will expose how divided Eastern Orthodox are on this question For now, see my video on it https://t.co/LWlIAmmL4a
@abbytrad @syd_bee3 @TheGamers_Dojo @UncutMountain I understand why you think this is the case, as many people hold to this, but there are many witnesses in Church history, among Saints and hierarchs, which speak of and recognise the council of 879 as the Eighth Oecumenical Council. The sad reality is that weβve been heavily

Most honest Orthodox Argument: St. Prosper was being rhetorical, as his opponent denied the doctrine of these popes- hence "they all erred!" Prosper himself says these Popes vanquished the errors on grace and freewill by God's providence and the apostolic sword of Peter.
@The_Cathodox Thatβs because it is Saint prosper said the see of Saint Peter was wrong The most holy See of the blessed Peter was wrong, which spoke thus to the whole world through the mouth of Pope Zozimus:-Saint prosper of Aquitaine

"Trad" "Orthodox" women tries to "think", and ends up anathematizing her own Saint Gregory the great and history. Yikes. 1 Timothy 2:12 for this one
Thatβs wild bro π Then this means a Council means nothing and doesnβt serve any real purpose except for Roman Catholics to cherry pick whatever fits their system. Itβs a circular and unfalsifiable system. This is why you guys are heterodox and put yourself outside the

The Fathers of Constantinople I in 382: Our Church is NEWLY MADE, and our first bishop is Nectarius. Online EOs: Cap, St. Andrew founded Constantinople (Ignores all the early testimonies of popes and councils)
Alexandria: Saint Mark becomes the first bishop on instruction from Saint Peter. Still called a Petrine See despite Peter never stepping foot in the city. Constantinople: Saint Stachys becomes the first bishop on instruction from Saint Andrew, somehow NOT an Apostolic See?

The Eastern Orthodox mind is incapable of understanding that one can conditionally accept a council insofar as its faith and creed, while rejecting its Canons & acts. Ofc, his issue is not with me but with his own saints and Popes. This also proves Rome is above Councils.
In his conversation with @OrthodoxReflec1 @The_Cathodox is openly denying Constantinople I is an Ecumenical Council

Rome has the primacy by divine institution from the WORDS OF CHRIST to Peter. Not Because Rome was the capital of the Empire. Eos cite the following canons in vain as they were rejected by Rome and even their own saints: 381 Cn 3; 451 Cn 28; 692 Cn 36. Ora pro nobis Gelasius I
@The_Cathodox There are many, many Apostolic Sees. Antioch, Jerusalem, Corinth, Cyprus, Ephesus, Alexandria, etc. Rome got it's place because it was the old capitol. Constantiniople because it was the new. The vast majority of Orthodox Christians are only in communion with it.
