Going home after 33 days in hospital. Thank you to the amazing Ottawa General staff for their care. My recovery continues at home with my parents. They are my rock. The support of family, friends & others has also been instrumental in my progress. Hope to be back on

Update on Day 29 from hospital. A week ago, I couldn’t walk without a walker and was scheduled to move to rehab. Today I was told I’m too strong/advanced for rehab. Great progress. Hoping for more progress with my pancreas. Thank you all for your continued support.

Shoutout to my amazing parents as they head back to Edmonton. They just spent 60 of the last 66 days in Ottawa holding the fort as I continue to fight to get better. Did I mention they’re in their 70’s? Wouldn’t be where I am without their support. The best. ❤️
