SO PROUD of our courageous @rcsdsargeant students in our school musical, Press Start! They performed the musical in front of our whole school today and they SHINED. The big evening performances are Thursday and Friday, and we can’t wait! 🤩 @rcsdchampions

We began today with that smiling left student starting “C Chaos”. He was the only person defending a choice in our fraction debate and managed to convince EVERYONE with his sound math logic. Then everyone shined with our “What is the question?”✨ I 💙 @rcsdsargeant 3rd graders!

These @rcsdsargeant 3rd graders were SO into Pillage and Profit by @gamesbygord last week. They didn’t even know they were practicing three variable algebra! The room was full of math reasoning and strategy-talk.. some of my favorite sounds! 🗣️😍 @Vandiviergrade3

Today we did two provocations to introduce our new math unit in 3rd grade and everyone was bursting with curiosity and excitement! 🤩 We also learned it’s difficult to walk back to class quietly when you’re on an Equal Parts Scavenger Hunt! 🤣@MrsJanzen10 @rcsdsargeant
