Probably not lol the issue isn’t Dray starting at center, it’s the lack of options they have at C. They don’t have any other starting caliber centers so when he sits they can’t guard anyone and he has to be a full time C. That’s what kills his legs. Not the first 5 min of a game.
@ThePackageJG Draymond will be in a wheelchair by December if he starts at center for an extended period of time lol.

On paper it *should* be that but that starting five would have an average age of 35.8 and is likely not feasible for a full season. Only reason I start Beal in that scenario is bc of the locker room dynamic. Otherwise I’d just start Podz and Moses with Steph, Jimmy, Dray again.
Starting 5 would be .Steph .Beal.Jimmy.Dray.Horford. The team would be insane offensively and really good on defense still.

If you have Melton and Beal, then there’s no need for Hield. Moses would have to be there instead. JK shouldn’t start. Steph.Beal.Moses.Jimmy.Dray. Podz.Melton.JK.Gui.Horford. Probably wins 50 games but is still small on the wings and likely still has issues w/ JK dynamic.

As the contenders across the league get bigger, it can and will still be an advantage for the Warriors to go small and speed them up in the half court. Warriors can only do that though if they have great size on the wings and innings eating bigs that can save the wings’ legs.
