Regarding the incorrectly issued TFL PCN's for Silvertown and Blackwall Tunnels and ULEZ for 16th June. These WILL be cancelled and will show on their website this week. Anyone that wrongly paid one WILL be refunded. You do not need to do anything or contact TFL.
