On this front — What’s more valuable to Netflix: $5b or keeping WBD away from Paramount and Comcast for two years?
Netflix matched paramount’s offer for a $5B breakup fee, a sign that Netflix is confident it cans get its feos with WBD approved. Or that $5B doesn’t mean much to a $450B company. There’s will be strong opposition. Will be very curious how the stock reacts tomorrow.
