I have decided to step away from high school coaching. I’ve reached a point in my career where I know my worth, and I only want to be in environments that align with my values, where coaches are supported, and athletes are empowered and motivated.

A lot of parent should get an AAU team or a high school job and coach. Since you know everything and want to make decisions…do it. Let’s see how that goes for you

Just talked to a peer college coach about players being coachable! This is becoming a super lost skill! Parents telling the kids different things, or creating a false reality. We want kids who want to be coached, who want to be held to standard! Coachability is a skill!
