This weekend recruiting saw bigs not get in a stance, point guards not be a pass first but just want to shoot, saw negative energy because they didn’t score. Saw kids refuse to pass 2teammates! Recruits don’t understand we do this for a living and can spot these things right away

Sitting w/ 4 college coaches this weekend from different levels. Had a couple parents in front of us complaining about shot attempts & offense not going through there daughter. Every coach marked them off. We want team oriented basketball players!
Very sad to watch some kids playing their hearts out to win & others only playing for themselves. Team sports are TEAM sports for a reason. If you’re not there to give everything to your team, you’re there for the wrong reasons. Individual notoriety has no place in team sports!

This weekend I also saw a lot of good rotations on defense, saw PG’s who pushed, bigs who sealed & used their dribble efficiently, saw shooters make extra passes, saw great ball moment/kids making hustle plays. Yes we want these player in college! Freshmen year in college is hard
