A partners’ debrief meeting will be scheduled to discuss findings and recommendations, ensuring transparency, shared accountability, and continuous improvement in health outcomes.

Documenting insights to inform grant implementation & prioritization Regions visited included West Nile, Central, Elgon and Western as well as RSSH-focused districts.

The visit focused on: * Observing program delivery & capturing community perspectives * Reviewing integration of HIV, TB, malaria & health services * Identifying challenges, service gaps & improvement opportunities * Checking RSSH investments like incinerators & PSA oxygen plants

Teams engaged health workers, implementers & communities to review service integration, implementation progress, and the functionality of RSSH investments.

From 1st–5th Sept 2025, the CCM conducted a joint field visit across 15 districts of Uganda to oversee health programs in HIV, TB, malaria & RSSH.

📍 Happening Today The 21st Ordinary CCM Board Meeting and Mid-Year Retreat is underway in Entebbe, bringing together key stakeholders to review progress and strengthen stakeholder coordination in the fight against HIV, TB, and malaria.

Beyond these, constituencies also addressed issues specific to their communities, ensuring that Uganda’s next Global Fund request is informed by real needs and priorities right from the grassroots.
