A4HUganda Staff, have completed a 3 days orientation today on the Global Fund implementation modalities, after signing a Memorandum of Understanding with TASO to implement AGYW interventions in Buliisa & Kyankwanzi districts from July to December 2025.

The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Diana Atwine commissioned 134 CHEWS on the 26th June 2025, who completed a 6 months training in Kyotera district. This training was supported by the Global Fund and implemented by TASO.

Ministry of Health with TASO have today concluded a 5 day support supervision exercise for 121 Community Health Extension workers in Kyotera & Rakai districts. Communities in charge of their health through surveillance & timely reporting,case identification & timely referrals.

In partnership with the Kabaka Foundation, We were present at Wankulukuku grounds for the Tubere Balamu Health Camp, held on the 6th���7th May 2025. A medical team from TASO Mulago offered HIV, TB Malaria counselling, testing treatment and referral services.

@WBReastafrica The bicycles were distributed to TASO centers of excellence Jinja (50), Soroti, (100) Gulu (50) Luweero district (100) to clients like orphans who commute long journeys to and from school & Community CASAs (Community ART Support Agents) /CHWs (Community Health Workers).

World Bicycle Relief, partners with entities to deliver specially designed bicycles for people in need. Following a donation of 300 bicycles in November 2024, WBR has further donated an additional 300 Bicycles to TASO delivered to beneficiaries on the 8th April 2025.

Commemoration of #WorldTBDay2025 under the theme “Yes! We can end TB, Commit, Invest and Deliver” in Nakasongola District. The event kicked off with a march to boost awareness on TB.
