🚔 Caught in under 2 hours Officers and our helicopter team arrested two e-bike thieves who committed a series of phone snatches across Westminster and Kensington and Chelsea. Together, Parkinson and Wilson face a combined sentence of over 5 years.

So my friend in Islington is having some rent hassles, landlord trying to kick him out early despite having a contract. Am trying to check stuff, first up, seems the property doesn't have an HMO licence despite having 4 unrelated tenants, is that legal? Couldn't fully

Insane we give free permits to over-60s. Why should they be encouraged to pollute? And also those on benefits....if you're so poor you need subsidised by the state, you shouldn't be driving a car around central London.
