This kid is going to be insane 🔥 When AZ first came in he was sitting 72-74 T75. Crazy what happens when you buy into the process. More about how he did this coming soon!

Unfortunately didn't get the 105+ missiles he launched the next day. Who's the hardest hitting pitcher you know? @imreedgarland

Ashton struggles with late arm and early torso rotation/extension. A big plyo drill for him has been a self toss allowing him to time up his throw better. 92 Gray ball? Better watch out for @Ashton_mayo15 🔥

The higher the knee gets the more power we can put into the ground ⚡️

If this were easy, everyone would be doing it. We’re not just building ballplayers, we’re building character, education, athleticism, mindset, and so much more. No excuses. Just solutions.

"Let the torso feed both arms." Proximal to distal is the name of the game, there's no need to yank your glove arm.

Let that glove arm keep you closed until you flip up and are ready to fire. @TheBaseballMec1

"You want everything feeding what you're trying to do with the upper body." Your arm is connected to your upper half and your upper half is connected to your lower half. Everything feeds into the arm. @TheBaseballMec1

Don’t be afraid to do what you need to when there are runners on base, especially if you struggle throwing out of the stretch compared to the windup. As long as you can repeat it every time and have a clear pause before the pitch, you’re good to go. @TheBaseballMec1

Stop swinging or reaching out with your front leg to create power when throwing. You’re not only wasting energy but also losing velocity. Instead, make it part of your load process. @TheBaseballMec1
