By @travelocity for my @Finnair ticket, even tho I received a confirmation of that change from travelocity. Travelocity says that they don’t have control of the ticket, the airline does, Finnair says Travelocity does. All I know is that I need to get back to my family in the UK

Update: after 240 mins on the phone I’ve talked to multiple reps from @travelocity @Iberia_en and @Finnair - Slav. still gets my vote for the calmest, but my flight this Tues is still not back in the system. Somehow the change in date to my outgoing flight was not confirmed

3/2 cos apparently I’m to stressed to think. Thanks to Finnair rep Slavomir for being calm and professional even when he couldn’t fix my @Finnair ticket. Here’s hoping I can get through to @Iberia_en who was the marketing airline who initiated the cancellation agency:@travelocity

…well I was waiting for @Iberia_en to pick up, but after 8 minutes on hold they ended the call and said to call back. Arghhhhhhhhhhghh. This would be stressful anyway, but I’m freaking going home for my stepdad’s funeral.

Shout out to Slavomir, customer representative for @FinnairHelps who helped me this morning via phone to try and navigate a mess with an outgoing flight that got cancelled with no notice. Still waiting to get through to @Iberia_en which is where the cancellation originated…1/2
