More dishonesty from @KatieHobbs. She says that Arizona’s flat tax “drastically” reduced state revenues. That’s not even close to being true… Since the flat tax passed, state revenues have GROWN by $3.3 billion. Come on, Governor— Tell the truth.
This dishonesty isn’t surprising given the current struggles on the 9th floor. When I left office, I turned over a $2.5B SURPLUS to Katie Hobbs. She blew it all AND created that $1.4B deficit in only a year. AZ didn’t have a revenue problem, Hobbs had a spending problem.

Every dollar of Arizona’s ESA program is tracked and accounted for — it doesn't get more transparent than that. But if you expect that same level of transparency from government run schools, don't hold your breath. That's not right.
The Tolleson Union High School District wants to charge me $26,000 to access basic financial records as a way to discourage such requests. This is a flagrant disregard of legislative oversight.
