One of the most brilliant things #Andor did was making Ferrix more than just another backwater planet that our main character wants to get away from. Ferrix has its own traditions, culture and history. There's a palpable sense of community. Its people are proud to live there.

Karis Nemik is an interesting character as he contributes something to the Rebellion it never really had before; the revolutionary theorist/philosopher. Typically the rebellion is defined in rather vague terms, but Karis really understands and recognizes the evil of the Empire.

Killzone isn't exactly perfect in this regard, but I think it does a slightly good job of showing a more realistic fascist regime. It blames all its failures on external forces, fails in its war of conquest and then collapses into factionalism as soon as its dictator dies.

Star Wars Celebration is kinda bizzare this year. I just had a security guard interrupt a video I was shooting of some cosplay to tell me that only press can use cameras inside the building. This isn't true, but it took me 20 minutes to track down someone who could help.
