Careers coaching to cure sickness? As a fully qualified L6 Careers Counsellor, why am I only now just finding out I have this gift? I'd have cured my own health conditions long ago if I had that ability. I'm not a qualified doctor, like doctors aren't qualified Careers coaches.

Are we now referring to annual leave as a "micro-retirement" because they know the majority of us aren't going to reach the age to do the real thing? Are we going to say in the future, "at least they got 17 micro-retirements before they died"?.

Old phone anyway for that. Just needed a rant. I don't think people get how hard it is to get to a shop in the first place for many disabled people, but when you're spoken to like a lesser person because of it when you actually manage to get there, it's just grating. 5/5.

The huffing & eye rolling & bs got too much in the end so I walked out. I'd been in the same store a few weeks ago but hadn't been able to upgrade as I hadn't been paid & had to check my medical equipment worked on the phone b4 upgrading. It doesn't work on it but can use my 4/.

Was told that button didn't work properly. Then when he did click it showing stock in another branch he came out with more bs about the phone I wanted not being stocked & being collection only. This was despite his colleague telling me stock was due in on Monday. 3/.

I mask for medical reasons. That doesn't make me stupid. Ironically there was signs up saying everyone is welcome in stores. It didn't feel like it. I was told stock couldn't be checked in other branches. Could clearly see the section in his screen where stock could be checked 2/.

I'm so fed up of being treated like an idiot by shop staff just because I'm disabled. I want a phone upgrade. I've been in more than one @O2 store now to get one. Both times I left because I was being treated like an idiot because of my disability/medical equipment 1/.
