America is now about to enter its 4th year of a real estate recession. Buyer demand plummeted in 2022, and is still down nearly 30% from pre-pandemic norms. In fact, today’s buyer demand is worse than the lows experienced in the 2008-2011 downturn. Most people don’t realize

Even requiring a tiny amount of work for fraudulent payments would have a massive positive effect. That’s how insanely awful the level of fraud actually is!

A simple “Defend the Spend” method which would help in reducing fraud is to require a description, receipt, and picture before funds are disbursed.

You can't gain a conviction in a criminal trial in federal court with an iphone video showing the outside of a business and no real business seemingly being conducted. These are white collar fraud cases that involve documents in the possession of many different third parties.

You know what, @Sec_Noem , this is why stuff takes forever. Literally all you need to do is ask who the contracted food service provider is (Sysco? Local vendor?) then ask for invoicing and proof of service. If there is none, then obviously the kids are not being fed (Violation

I’ve been one of the loudest voices demanding NATO allies step up naval spending. But read CPs post and be honest: a $15B super-carrier is a massive share of most allies’ GDPs. Even a couple $2.5B Burke destroyers are a heavy economic lift for most European nations. Meanwhile,

What percentage of our GDP funds daycare/homeless shelter/foodbank/home elder care scams? I keep hearing $8bn out of Minnesota alone. GDP most recently was $31 trillion. $8bn/$31T = 0.0258% OK, so pocket change, right? But I have a feeling that nationally the numbers are

I exposed extensive migrant shelter fraud in massachusetts. The governor knew about this and likely profited from it. $42 per migrant meal that is beyond waste, that is fraud. $100,000 a month for free lyft rides after the migrants are given nice cars, and much more.

What if I told you that federal welfare programs are actually unconstitutional? Buckle up: First, where does the federal government get the power to spend money on welfare? It's not in any of the enumerated powers in Article I, Section 8. Congress can, of course, spend money

Can you wrap your mind around how crazy it is to see $9 Billion of Medicaid fraud in ONE STATE? Imagine a million dollar house. There’s enough Medicaid fraud in Minnesota to buy 9,000 of them. Thats half the GDP of Afghanistan. 3/4 of the GDP of Somalia. From one state.

@drawandstrike In US federal law, for conspiracies (e.g., 18 U.S.C. § 371), the 5-year statute of limitations runs from the last overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy. A new act advancing the conspiracy's goals resets the clock for all participants. For concealment: If it's an agreed-upon
