It has been suggested that the key to understanding our own country, is to have lived in at least two others. Makes sense - to gain perspective. The same principle can be applied by putting ourselves in someone else’s shoes - to understand, listen deeply and show empathy.

When sport is inclusive it's at its best. In administration, in community & elite. The @nycmarathon, Aus Open & @LondonMarathon have been leaders, with countless athletes & administrators giving everything to open the doors for all. We've come too far to take such a big step back

This is the tip of the iceberg when it comes to disabled people being remotely acknowledged in society and especially during/post lockdown. The more we shame councils/shops/companies the more awareness we raise. We exist. We contribute. Hear us. See us.
