Kind offer from someone who has been supportive to me personally- highly recommend š
Some will know I recently moved from Kent to Northumberland and loving the rural pace. To give back, Iām offering 2 fully-funded leadership development days (1 school, 1 Trust) + free coaching for a Headteacher to local schools within an hour or so.

@TeacherFizzy Experience + reflection = expertise. Most of it sits with people who are busy teaching. If 2026 is the year youāre more vocal, the profession will be better for it. Following.

2026 is the year I start āspeaking upā I have so much knowledge/experience and qualifications but feel āinvisibleā. I know a lot - so am going to be more vocal. What separates one āexpertā from another? #positivity

Interesting: for small schools. Must have wrap around. Wrap around provider insist on ānon competing clubsā so no opportunities for them to offer āextra curricularā.
Extracurricular activities must become 'a fundamental part of the education of every child', @bphillipsonMP said in a speech today ā although she didn't explain how schools would be able to fund this commitment https://t.co/PYFvvvNZTD

My childās school will likely move to a 2-week half term 2026 while my own wonāt. No family nearby (childcare) or wraparound -itās a big worry. My career matters deeply to me. I wish there was more joined up thinking from the LA so itās not up to individuals 2 decide term dates
