It’s our last night in Whitstable.We’ve been here for nearly 20 years but tomorrow we start our new life in the North Pennines. A lot has happened in these years and we have been so happy in this wonderful house. Feels odd tonight surrounded by boxes and bare walls. Bittersweet.

Had a brilliant day with @LeadWOLimits @SarahFoxCoach planning for some coaching conversations training we’ve got coming up. I spend a lot of time working in isolation so days like this are magic for me. We laughed a lot and did great thinking creating something special.

Slow cooked lamb with chorizo and chickpeas.

Made a pie. Left over roast chicken, gammon and the gravy with a layer of mushed up cauliflower cheese. Served with the leftover potatoes and cabbage. Looked like an abomination on the plate but was delicious!! No Michelin stars but happy bellies.
