We have had a fantastic year looking through these books as part of our CPD reading groups. Staff have appreciated the investment in them as professionals very rewarding and effective @HuntingEnglish @TeacherToolkit @TeacherToolkit
We have a new CPD strategy this year to compliment our existing training.We have reading groups for the staff to opt into and a CPD library full of articles, journals, and books. The requirement is to move away from your desk/office/classroom relax and invest time in yourselves

Using some #EduDuctTape skills to make a HyperDoc combined with Forms and DocAppender to create a student paced unit where students create a reflective journal in Docs as they go. Hopefully this will free me up to support the LA in a unit which is usually very teacher-led by me.
