Last Friday was a particularly great day. Here’s a recap: 1. Asked a student why he was dressed like Batman. Full muscle outfit, mask. He replied, “Because the city needs me!” 2. Later in the day, a student came to me and asked me to open their giant glass jar of pickled eggs.

Kindergarten celebrated the close of our Lifecycle of Butterflies unit with the releasing of ALL 10 butterflies!!! We were so happy and learned so much 🐛❤️🦋

I got invited to congratulate this student who did TREMENDOUS this year. He was happy to get a giant rice krispy, but you could tell how PROUD he was about this moment & how proud his teachers & classmates were of him. Teaching & learning, it’s what it’s all about. #LindenLegacy

Girls on the Run is so much fun!! All of the girls did amazing with their practice 5k🏃🏼♀️They not only reached their goals but encouraged each other along the way. I can’t wait for the official 5k in May!

Putting the finishing touches on our class book! Our students each got to be creative and write a line of the story during shared writing. In this book Lightning is seen all around Hamilton and even gets a reminder about on spot hallway behavior from @TaylorCoxED 🐆😬
