Seeing these future scientists and engineers glowing with excitement always reminds me how amazing our careers as engineers truly are, and I hope that we can play a small part in paving a path for this next generation to make this their everyday reality someday too!

When Lena took a chance on little freshman Tayler, she quite literally changed my life and I’ll forever be grateful for her mentorship that lasted long beyond my time in her lab. I hope that she is remembered for not only her science, but how much fun she had doing it!
