Saudi Arabia has just confirmed that tomorrow they will sign an investment agreement of $1 TRILLION, up from the original $600 billion agreement.
BREAKING: The US and Saudi Arabia are set to announce a deal with a "multi-billion dollar" investment in American AI infrastructure via "dozens" of investments. This will be a part of a pledge to invest $600 billion in the US.

Looks like $SOFI CFO Chris Lapointe is taking out a loan of $11,771,830 (upfront payment today) and pledging up to 500k shares of $SOFI if the stock is at or below $25.38 by November 12, 2027. If the stock is at or above $50.58 by Nov 2027, Chris Lapointe will only need to sell

As @ .NewtonianRN put it, he is essentially selling a $50.58 Call on 500k shares for Nov 12, 2027. However, Chris is taking the full upfront payment now, and the bank takes a small premium for the loan.

My oh my, Santa might be coming early this year! $NVDA reported is asking $TSM to boost wafer output by 50% (!!!) to meet Blackwell demand.

Private companies need to manage their own risk (who would have thought). The government is not a safety guard so you can spend $1.4T that you don't have. Great precedent set by David Sacks going forward!
There will be no federal bailout for AI. The U.S. has at least 5 major frontier model companies. If one fails, others will take its place.

We already knew Chime left, and that's why we have seen accounts fall over the last few quarters. What we didn't know was that they were going to get paid on the way out! To me, this is a surprise $33m payday for a customer I had already written off.

$SOFI originated more loans for other institutions than Upstart $UPST! It took 5 quarters to beat the AI originator at its own game. You can't sum it up to just a good market; this is a difference in execution between competitors!
