If you are a business owner, you should have effective systems in place to avoid committing an offence under the Act. Make sure you have an age verification policy and regularly check it’s up to date. Find out more in our guide:

The Act only applies to England. Business owners are also prohibited from arranging for themselves or another person to administer Botox and cosmetic fillers to children under the age of 18.
