A tragedy. We’re getting to a point in the podcast where music channels are a massive part of my music upbringing. Green Day’s American Idiot blew my 7-year-old mind, and Benny Benassi’s Satisfaction got 8-year-old me temporarily banned from watching them.
Goodbye The Box, 4Music, Magic, Kiss and Kerrang!. Flicking between these channels endlessly in the 00s was my routine.
