If you’ve never shot guns before, Penix is the rifle. It looks fake how fast that ball rips out of his hand.

"Champions do daily what everybody else does occasionally. You just do the ordinary-extra. That's what separates you." Master the mundane. The difference isn't in being extraordinary—it's in doing the ordinary things with extraordinary consistency.

Myth: Athletes need to be redlining in training for sleep to matter Without sleep, we are moving the athlete into a more fragile state on all fronts. Consistent lack of sleep will eventually tip the athlete into a state of looming injuries, burnout, and chronic fatigue.

The world legend is probably used too often. Dick Fosbury was a true LEGEND! He changed an entire event forever with a technique that looked crazy at the time but the result made it the standard.
RIP to the man who changed the high jump forever – Dick Fosbury. He became a legend at the 1968 Mexico City Olympic Games when he unveiled his revolutionary “Fosbury Flop” to win high jump gold and clear an Olympic record height. News ⤵️ https://t.co/lK60WQoCYl

The road to success is always under construction. Champions don't focus on competing with an opponent. Champions compete to be better today than they were yesterday. There is a need to improve in defeat or victory-even in the smallest way. Nothing to prove-a lot to accomplish.

19 seconds from now you'll be Olympic Champion or you won't. You'll ask "Have I done everything possible to be ready?" You'll wish you had taken every day as an opportunity to be prepared, or you'll be confident because you did! #Preparation It's not just for Olympic finals!
