He highlights national affordability as a constraining factor but that the Chancellor will set out her policies tomorrow. There's a moral and pragmatic argument for tackling poverty.

@wesstreeting @swoolnough He says that overcentralisation has contributed to the problem - it can stifle creativity and innovation and decisions are better when made closer to people and communities, but with right balance of scrutiny.

@wesstreeting @swoolnough He then responds to a question on inequalities between the funding of children's health services and adult services. He highlights that civil society has a big role to play and that the NHS and the government can do more for children's health.
