Basically what Sarri did with Kante but instead of at 27, Mainoo’s doing it at 17. Him learning to attack space and receive BTL will make him the dirtiest technician comfortable in every phase. The complete midfielder.

One of varane’s best traits for me is how complete of a defender he is, excels no matter the line height which makes him a menance in every game state, he’s made for CL nights. Our replacement should have similar versatility + be an improvement otb
