Repaired a second Leak 2002. The switch was so dirty inside it was causing dangerous high pitch tones intermittently. This really wasn't fun to desolder and take apart. I'll finish it tomorrow including calibration, but I need some thin string to replace the vintage cable

I find myself repairing and servicing another Leak 2002 cassette deck (Nakamichi 500). The main fault with this is actually the long slide switch on the motherboard, dirty contacts. Removing it to dismantle is high risk so I'm going to try spraying switch cleaner inside
