It's crucial to prioritise safety when engaging with water, and the safest approach is to only enter the water if there is a lifeguard present and on duty.

I am saddened to learn of the death of Lord Lipsey. After he got the better of me in a debate on adult social care, we became good friends and were working together on a cross-party proposal to pay for later life care. I hope continue this work in his memory.
