Good post. And why in our opinion this move made sense for Penn State but didn’t for an OU program that is on shaky ground everywhere but the defense - which has improved every year. There seemed little reason for the OU admin to add that much in new contracts while installing.
I appreciate Knowles helping to bring a Natty here. The thing is, it will not be an overnight magic wand. Penn State is all in for next year. They have to win now. Knowles defense is very complex to install. The first two years OSU defense gave up critical chunk plays that cost.

Don’t throw us in this nonsense. We didn’t believe it was happening and didn’t believe it was the wise play for the OU administration and stated as much, clearly.
By the way, if you are choosing to still pay money actively to OUInsider, SoonerScoop, Cap405, or TFB Sooners, then you might be braindead.

2025 4 ⭐️ DE/OLB Max Granville (Fort Bend Christian) can only be blocked by his HC, Jordan Black who is a former NFL OL. NFL likely in Max’s future. Came off recent visits to #Sooners TAMU Baylor SMU & TCU. Possible trips to Penn State & USC. Says he might be close to a decision

What was bad about it? If you only throw deep when the QB can see that the WR has already stacked the DB then by the time the ball gets there WR won’t be open anymore. It was, however, an unnecessarily condescending answer.
I asked a bad question to James Franklin. No doubt. I own it. Idea was sound, but I worded Q very poorly. I've tried to roll w/ the criticism. But when people message saying I should kill myself or they wish I would actually get murdered . that's difficult. It's just football.

Good get for Rashaad Samples. Between Tyson and Xavier Guillory and Elijhah Badger and Jalin Conyers I think Samples may end up having one of the best WR rooms in the country!.
