I don’t have enough playtime in Ninja Gaiden 4 to determine where I’d rank it so as of now my absolute favorite in the NG series is Ninja Gaiden II on Xbox 360 (it was the game that made me buy the console)

finished my first playthrough of Ninja Gaiden 4 (on hard with no items). i've just scratched the surface, but no doubt this is Platinum's best game. what a comeback for both them and Ninja Gaiden. easily GOTY.
