Everything they are doing to the NHS they did to British Rail. Underfunded it, exhausted the srvice, got the public angry and then said privatisation is the solution. We cannot allow that to happen - RT if you agree

Sustainable school development involves the management of change which is supported by organisational culture. Based on Hall's 1976 model, the Deeper Culture which is often hard to see is key but can be explored by leaders who can take positive actions to influence.

https://t.co/gKPbLfquAa Will this support positive reformation and more efficient use of spend (which is needed) or will this lead to even more cuts and taking away of services and provision (which will be a disaster)? @SueByron2 @Kieran_M_Ed @Suchmo83 https://t.co/XdHDJi71xn

To communicate effectively it is important to be congruent; our body language and tone of voice should be consistent with our words. When dealing with feelings and attitudes words account for 7% of the meaning, tone of voice 38% and body language 55%. #education #leadership

When exceptional leaders affirm shared values and align their actions with those values they foster loyalty, enthusiasm and commitment from their employees which in turn supports organisational success.

@TCEA @diben This is an art that doesn鈥檛 come naturally to most of us. Listening to others without interrupting, being judgemental or being distracted as you think about your answer can be difficult. Only with active listening can we really communicate effectively.

Trust is at the heart of collaboration. Without it you cannot lead or get extraordinary things done. We are more likely to listen to people we trust and accept their influence. The most effective leaders are those who can build teams who trust each other.
