@TCEA @diben This is an art that doesn’t come naturally to most of us. Listening to others without interrupting, being judgemental or being distracted as you think about your answer can be difficult. Only with active listening can we really communicate effectively.

Trust is at the heart of collaboration. Without it you cannot lead or get extraordinary things done. We are more likely to listen to people we trust and accept their influence. The most effective leaders are those who can build teams who trust each other.

Today is a good day to remember to win with humility and lose with good grace.
