Honestly, I would rather just have it fixed one way or another. To the @atherenergy community:-.- What is an IHP? I asked it multiple times to the service centre with no concrete answer. - Can they even do this? I don't want to sell it and I'm happy to pay for the service.

- @atherenergy buyback / upgrade: Most unhelpful. Absolutely unwilling to even give a quotation of how much the value will be unless I visit the Indiranagar showroom with all docs.

I only have 2 options: Sell it for scrap value or they will buy back if I want to upgrade. - The service centre guys want to send the vehicle back and not take any responsibility.- Ather referred to a couple of third party vendors who say can only pay scrap value for it: 25k.

This IHP would cost 19k. I gudgingly said yes as I need it for my daily commute anyway. A few days later I get a call back from the service centre stating that IHP replacement isn't possible as they don't make that part anymore!.

Being forced to sell my @atherenergy 450 1st gen 🧵.I recently sent my Ather 450 1st gen for servicing via on road assistance since it wasn't getting charged. After sending it to the service centre (bangalore), I get a call saying the "IHP" is faulty and needs replacement. .

Okay serious question: How many tech jobs out there in India offer this compensation? My friends are SVPs in big banks, program managers, staff engineers, principal engineers - nobody gets even close to 80lpa. The only one who does get over 80 is at a staff engineer level at AWS.
If i had a ₹8LPA job today, I would be fighting for ₹80LPA job instead of doing this.

Weeks is fast. Do people not know companies work? . - New shiny model availability is not a bottleneck. Use cases, architecture, security, funding, operations, talent etc are. - Most companies are still "evaluating" whether they can even use bedrock.
LOL Amazon announced integration with R1 today - weeks after its release. Almost everyone has already discarded R1 and moved on to Sonnet 3.7 and is waiting for R2. The speed of AI progress makes it pointless to work on month-long projects.

Someone just submitted ResNet as their own work in a shady journal and got it published. Can't imagine the level of incompetence/corruption across students, faculty, journals involved to pull shit like this.
Tier -3. You can publish anything if you have money. Two of my classmates published a paper which involved deep learning. They have 0 clue about anything. The research paper had no formulas, no proper shit backing them up. Yet, they got it published in a conf :)
