✴️Updated relative incidence of carpal bone fractures illustrated. Besides SCAPHOID, the TRIQUETRUM is most affected,but rarely causes complication. ✴️TRAPEZOID is the least commonly Fx, because its anatomical shape & position make it trapezoid highly stable & difficult to Fx.

A local anaesthetic seems so innocuous, doesn't it? Just makes things numb for a bit, right? LAs commonly used for hip joint injections are toxic to cartilage & even moreso when paired with cortisone. Use judiciously. Read more in this month's blog. LINK: https://t.co/Dgkto9EIVl

I was asked during a webinar recently what is my biggest tip for being better at exercise rehab. My no 1 tip will always be “keep it simple”. But this comes a really close 2nd.

Role of Imaging in Dx of syndesmotic injury(MR,CT,U/S ➡️ figure). Radiography can be used to indirectly diagnose syndesmotic injury. How?👉💥Widely used but 💥poorly validated parameters that used (on mortise view) are: •MCS(medial clear space), •TFCS(tibiofibular clear space)
