Got my butt kicked on a hike today at 13kft and may have gotten a little injured, but I'm fine, we'll make a full recovery I'm sure! Amazing views this morning and great training for beginning 14ers next month. Shout-out to my sister for the shots!

The Jewell, IA tornadoes 4 years ago today. I had dreamed of seeing tornadoes near my house, and near I-35 and IA-175, I saw one of the most fun tornadoes to chase, including brief twins. Both tornadoes rated weak but the main Jewell tornado was likely significantly underrated

Closer video of the tornado in Franktown, CO earlier today!.
A witness shared this video of the landspout touching down, damaging three buildings on Highway 86 and Burning Tree. Everyone has been accounted for. No injuries have been reported.
