Pull up your bootstraps- this weeks case is a doozy... 67F post-EGD became hypoxic & brought to ICU for monitoring & NIPPV. Initially hemodynamically stable; over the next 6hrs became profoundly hypotensive requiring very high doses of multiple vasoactive agents
